With a name like ‘Woodhouse,’ Kim was destined to be a realtor!

Kim is an Oregon Native dating back three generations; attended the University of Oregon and Willamette University College of Law. As a Publisher of Luxury Home Magazine for ten years, Kim brings a unique combination of marketing and analytical experience to meet her client’s needs.

Having been on a high-volume team early in her career, Kim has worked with over 100+ buyers and sellers on successful home sales across the Portland Metro area. She is known for going above and beyond to achieve results. Her clients often comment they didn’t know Realtors did such tasks… that’s because most don’t, but Kim does. She is personable and creative and focuses on collaboration amongst all parties to reach the desired outcome, which is saying goodbye or hello to a home.

Kim is mom to her vivacious, sweet, and charming toddler Oliver aka "Ollie." If there's ever a last-minute showing, he accompanies mom and is a terrific showing assistant!
